Commander and Adjutant Steve Cobb (left) provides additonal instructions to Patriots John Keith, Jr. (center, left) and George Malleck (center, right) after their initiation as the new members of  the MOPH Greater Washington Chapter 353. Both Patriots have received a Purple Heart Medal lapel pin and a purple baseball cap with the Purple Heart Medal and "Military Order Purple Heart" embroidered on it.
