Master of Ceremonies Angelo Wider opens the Official First day of Issue Ceremony of the Purple Heart Stamp. Patriot Wider is a Manager of the Financial Administration of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and a Life Member of the MOPH Greater Washington Chapter 353.

Officers of the MOPH Chapter 353, members of the Ladies' Auxiliary, and their guests from the Potomac Chapter of the Gold Star Wives of America have continued the celebration of the First Day of Issue of the Purple Heart Stamp with a delicious lunch at Mount Vernon Inn.
